Do you have a hectic schedule? Is your life in a ramble? Do you find it hard to attend church on Wednesday nights or on Sundays? If the answer is yes, than there is a place for you to come pray and worship every Wednesday at noon.

Greene Memorial United Methodist Church. Located at 402 Second Street, SW., in Roanoke will start holding noon services today and they will continue every Wednesday through December from 12:05 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.

“We recognized that many people have hectic lives and schedules,” said Gary Robbins, Pastor of the church. “A lot of people work downtown and this will give them a place to come during work time to pray and worship.”

In addition to Robbins conducting some of the noon services, several other area ministers from the downtown area churches will be preaching as well.

“I invited all of the area pastors from the downtown churches to come and talk and they have all agreed to,” added Robbins. Every faith and denomination is invited to be with us."
