During the August 13 meeting of the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors, Montgomery County Code Chapter 6, Article IV, Division 2, entitled County Vehicle License was amended effective August 14, 2007. County decals will no longer be issued or required for display on vehicles and a Motor Vehicle License Fee will be assessed each calendar year. County Motor Vehicle License fees will be due December 5. The fee will be added onto the Personal Property bills of Montgomery County residents (due December 5). All Personal Property taxes and Motor Vehicle License fees must be paid in full.
