Hokies United Memorial T-shirts will be on sale again in Blacksburg and online through Sept. 9, 2007.
The shirt was created for supporters of the Virginia Tech community living around the world to provide them with a symbol of Hokie unity, strength, and resilience. Memorial t-shirts are available in Youth Large and Adult Small through size XXL. The cost of each shirt is $10 and proceeds will benefit “A Concert for Virginia Tech.” The maroon memorial shirt displays the text “Hokies United” with an orange memorial ribbon on the front. The back reads “We are Virginia Tech,” which has become the unifying phrase that epitomizes the strength of the Hokie community. Hokies United is working collaboratively with Virginia Tech Service, Inc. to sell shirts through the University Bookstore On-Campus, Volume Two University Bookstore off-campus, and Dietrick General Store. T-shirts will also be available online. |
