At first glance, Randolph Park may have looked more like a disaster zone than a park Wednesday, but it was actually just an opportunity to introduce the public to area emergency services.
Pulaski County Sheriff Jim Davis said the idea for Wednesday’s Public Safety Day started out to be just a couple of local law enforcement agencies displaying equipment for children attending the summer day camp at the park.
