The Virginia Tech Board of Visitors will hold a special meeting Sunday, Sept. 23, at 1 p.m. in the Huckleberry Room of The Inn at Virginia Tech. The board will review and approve the state-mandated six-year finance, enrollment, and academic plans for 2008-2014. It will also receive a report on the implementation and analysis process for the many reports and recommendations related to the April 16 tragedy on the Virginia Tech campus.
