Harrell Street between Miller and Houston Streets will be closed to all traffic beginning today, Sept. 17th for approximately two days to allow Public Works department utility crews to perform sanitary sewer line repairs.  

During this work, vehicular access to the Houston/Harrell Street neighborhood will only be possible by traveling through the Sterrett Facilities Complex. The Sterrett Facilities Complex is located off of Southgate Drive on the Virginia Tech campus behind Lane Stadium.
 
Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling through the Sterrett Facilities Complex parking lot and to pay special attention to pedestrians in the area.
